What to do:
- Station 1: High targets
Mark two high wall targets and a throw-down line 1.5 m out.
In pairs, stand ~1 m from the wall and 1 m apart.
Alternate: hit under the ball to clear the targets, allowing one bounce. - Station 2: Racket catch rallies
In pairs with a centre line (1.5 m apart), softly volley and catch on the racket with minimal bounce, then return. - Station 3: Racket hockey to ball pick-up
In a 2 × 2 m square, feeder pushes the ball for partner to collect one-handed before it leaves the area, then pass back. - Station 4: Target hit
Tape four wall targets.
Stand ~1 m from wall, alternate shots to hit targets with one floor bounce.
Add patterns, points, or leader challenges.
