Activity summary

Coaching Tips
- Gently tap using the racket center, keep grip relaxed and adaptable.
- Ensure knuckles face down for forehand and up for backhand—practice grip changes without the ball.

Make it easier
- Practice the racket spin motion without the ball to develop fluid transitions.
- Use a sponge ball for slower, more forgiving taps.
- Allow players to choose either grip side if needed.
Make it harder
- Challenge to complete 20 alternating taps without dropping the ball.
- Perform while moving: walking, jogging, or lunging between taps.
