What to do:

  • In a classic figure of 8, the player starts by hitting the ball so it hits the front wall (about a foot away from the side wall), and then the side wall before coming back to the player.
  • Repeat on the other side, creating a figure of 8 pattern as the ball alternates walls.
  • The player should try to keep the ball continuously moving between both sides – set challenges for how many they can do in a row without making a mistake.
  • Follow through the progressive videos.
